I have tried to move away from my Harold Hitchcock tendencies on this one - I don't do delicate but this is as close as I can get. These are some lumps of chalk and flint I picked up on a recent run. I thought they were white but when you realy look at them most of the surfaces aren't white at all.

Very nice drawing! I really like your use of color in this.
ReplyDeleteVery nice and subtle!
ReplyDeleteboyohboy, Tom, this translates your sensitivity to line and color, skillfully pulling viewer into it. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit with Hitchcock's work; please know your own artful bridge fascinates on its own merit. Trust those "tendencies" of yours - they are working really well for you and for your art.
